These Terms govern your access to and use of the Glaut website, platform, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Customer: A natural person or legal entity (enterprises, brands, market research firms, agencies, consultants) that pays for or otherwise enters into an agreement to use the Services.
User: Individuals authorized by a Customer (employees, contractors, consultants).
Visitor: Anyone accessing public areas of the website or platform.
Master Services Agreement (MSA): A separately signed contract that governs overarching commercial and legal terms. When in place, the MSA overrides these Terms where stated.
Statement of Work (SOW): A separate document defining commercial terms for optional services such as field execution.
Customer Content: All materials uploaded or created by Customer in the Services (prompts, questionnaires, audio, transcripts, tags, guides, etc).
Results: Outputs generated by the Services from Customer Content, such as summaries, insights, tags, exports.
Glaut Materials: The Services, platform, software, documentation, APIs, models, usage data, system data, and enhancements.
System Data: Technical logs, usage metrics, and performance data generated by the Services. This does not identify individuals.
Billing Cycle: The applicable subscription period or per-project period.
