What is this document? Through this privacy policy drafted in accordance with Articles 13-14 Reg. (EU) No. 679/2016 (“Regulation” or “GDPR”) and in compliance with the principles contained therein, Glaut Inc. wishes to inform you about the procedures for processing personal data collected and processed through the web app “Glaut”, available at www.app.glaut.com (hereinafter the “App”), while visiting our webpage www.glaut.com (”Web”) or interacting with us in other ways.

1. Who decides why and how your personal information is processed?

The data controller is Glaut Inc. a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware with its registered office at 007 Orange Street, 4th Floor Ste 1382, Wilmington, DE 19801, e-mail: [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller” or “Glaut”).

2. What categories of data do we process?

From the time you first use the App or the Web, depending on the specific interview, Glaut may process different information about you:

Categories of personal data

• personal details and contact information: first name, last name, email address;
• usage data: information generated in the context of App or Web usage, such as log data, data related to entries made, data related to content created, interaction and transaction processes, performance indicators, data related to browsing patterns and feature usage;
• browsing data: such as IP address, domain name of the device used, URL, information about the operating system and software environment being used;
• data concerning support requests: content of the request;

In case you decide to make use of the interview response mode via voice recording, Glaut will also process your voice data.

Special categories of personal data

Data provided in the interview responses may fall under the categories of special data listed in Article 9.1 GDPR:

• Data likely to reveal ethnic or racial origin;
• Political views, religious or philosophical beliefs;
• Union membership;
• Data relating to a person's health, sex life or sexual orientation.
