About the role
We are looking for an Customer Success Specialist to help our customers - market research firms and large B2C companies - execute research projects using Glaut’s AI-native platform.
Your mission will be to guide clients in uncovering valuable insights by combining their expertise with the power of Glaut’s AI-native platform.
If you are enthusiastic about AI’s potential to revolutionize the industry, this role will allow you to lead the transformation of how research is conducted.
Your background and skills
- This is an entry level position. We accept candidates with no previous working experience up to 2 years. Experience in customer service or customer support roles or a research background will be considered a plus.
- You like to serve others, to be helpful: you have a strong attitude to provide high quality service always, and support our customers achieving great results with Glaut.
- You love to use AI tools in your job and you are an evangelist of using AI-powered tools to improve research outcomes.
- You are a great communicator (written and oral communication).
- You speak Italian and English fluently. Spanish or a third language are a bonus.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment with high level of agency and autonomy.
What you will do
- AI-powered Research Projects Support: Assist clients in executing research projects from start to finish using the Glaut platform, ensuring they achieve meaningful results. Guide clients in setting up projects, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.
- Client Education and Onboarding: Train clients on how to professionally use Glaut for research, onboard them into our DIY platform, and educate them on other ways to integrate AI into their research methodologies.
- Product Discovery: Act as the bridge between clients and our product team to ensure Glaut continues to evolve and meet the needs of the industry.
