GDPR Role Overview

Glaut acts as a Data Processor on behalf of its enterprise Customers, who are the Data Controllers under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means Glaut processes personal data solely according to the instructions of the Customer and does not determine the purpose or means of data processing. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is executed with each Customer prior to project initiation, in line with Article 28 of GDPR.
