About the role

We’re looking for a full-time Software Engineer with solid React.js skills.

You will work with a small, close-knit team of top engineers.

You will go from 0 to 1 on the core product initiatives.

You will be given a lot of autonomy and the chance to learn faster than anywhere else.

We are looking for a rebel with a growth mindset who loves taking ownership, has excellent communication skills, and has a "can-do" attitude towards technical challenges and innovation.

Our tech stack consists of JavaScript and React in front-end; Python, MongoDB, FastAPI, AWS, Heroku in the back-end.

We have a hybrid setup (office in Milan, Italy) but are OK with a full remote setup.

Your background

• 2-4 years of relevant experience building web products. It is OK if this is your first “paid job”, assuming you have built web products in your backyard.
• We don’t care if you have a University degree or not. Show us what you built before and amaze us with what you plan to do!
• You are comfortable with a high level of ambiguity.
• You are excited about wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.
• You get-$h#t-done and have a proactive mindset: how do you set your goals? Did you achieve them in past projects?
• You are self-driven, motivated, and eager to learn: what did you learn in the last 30 days? How do you plan to improve in the next 30?
